We start the tour in Santa Pau and head towards the Sant Martí neighbourhood, where we can see its 12th century Romanesque church (from the outside). Following the course of the river we reach the Salt de Can Batlle.

It is a waterfall located on the Ser river with a magnificent gorge 3 metres deep, where it invites you to cool off.

The return journey ends in Santa Pau.

Tips for the day of the route

On all our routes we recommend wearing comfortable shoes, and if the route includes a walk, it is better to wear specific mountain footwear.

Most of our routes pass through rivers and streams, which in some cases have to be crossed by jumping over stones, which makes it easy to put a foot in the water, so it would be good to bring some spare socks, as well as some water shoes to be able to cross the rivers and bathe in the pools.

We also recommend carrying warm and rain clothing in your backpack, as the weather conditions change quickly in the mountains.
